Laravel PHP => Turn on swtich Zigbee tuya

Hi guys, starting from my PHP Laravel project I would like to be able to turn on a light bulb or switch, currently I have bought a switch from amzon that through SMARTLIFE or TUYA manages to turn the switch on / off, I would like to be able to communicate with this switch using some web service or http call? My goal is that through my php application I can press a button and turn the switch on / off.
