As a client, I'm in need of a freelance developer to assist with the full setup of a DigitalOcean account and deployment of a Laravel PHP script onto the server. The following details outline the requirements for the project:
- **Cloud Server Provider:** The project requires deployment on DigitalOcean, so familiarity with this platform is essential.
- **DigitalOcean Account Setup:** I currently do not have a DigitalOcean account set up and will require full assistance in creating one. This includes setting up billing and configuring the account for the project's needs.
