52055 - Laravel Online Service Agreement
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We have a Laravel PHP Based Multi Vendor System (MVS) that is currently in development, to be used for a Service-Based industry.
For this project we require a feature that will allow the vendor to generate a Service Agreement document that the Client can access through a link. The purpose is to allow the Client to complete an online form to digitally sign the electronic document and to submit payment information.

Prerequisites
In order to create this feature, the developer must first be able to access the MVS, review the Host panel and create a job or view the job details page for existing jobs.
In the Client’s main profile, there needs to be a Billing tab, where the credit card information is saved.
A button has to be created within the Job Details page, called Service Agreement. When the Vendor clicks on this link, he/she can do any of the following actions:
Send the Service Agreement link to the Client
Edit the Details of the Service Agreement (basically just the Client profile, for a one time change, specifically for that job. It does not change the Client’s profile within the system
Download or Print the document in PDF format
Create a Tab or Section within the Client’s detail or profile page called Documents. This is where a historical log and repository of completed electronic documents will be accessed
Restrictions
The integrity of our database must be kept in check as we have other projects that use the same architecture, and they all must match. The developer must submit any requests for modifications or additions to tables etc, with our System Administrator.
We will provide a staging url where your work will be uploaded for review. Once approved, you will upload your code to a github to be provided.
