Laravel & Next.js Developer Needed for Recipe Portal – Project Skeleton Setup

I am looking for a skilled Laravel & Next.js developer to set up the initial project structure for a Recipe Portal. The UI is already designed in Figma and HTML, and I need a developer to create a well-structured backend and frontend skeleton following best practices.

I have a junior developer who will take over after the initial setup, so the project needs to be clean, modular, and well-documented.

Project Tech Stack:
Backend: Laravel (REST API)

Frontend: Next.js

UI/UX: Ready in Figma & HTML

Scope of Work:
