Laravel & MySQL - Validations for a Web Project and DB Creation

This is a small web application, where the User Interfaces are developed. I want to create DB connection, create dummy data for this web applications, do a lot of validations. Web application User Interface was built using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP. MySQL and Laravel Framework is needed for this work. $50 for this work, not more than that.
