Laravel Migration

The project I propose involves migrating a software prototype for content creation and distribution from plain PHP to Laravel. The prototype in question operates on an Apache Server and LAMP environment, featuring a Bootstrap-based front-end, API routes enabling software functionality, and JQuery (primarily bridging the front-end and the API). This task aims to transform the current prototype into a professional Laravel-developed project. Functionally, the prototype is bug-free and operational but lacks organization and security measures. Therefore, migrating to Laravel is considered to leverage professional software structuring, enhance MySql database read/write operations provided by Laravel, and improve access management and API call security.
The initial step involves restructuring the project and establishing programming guidelines to facilitate team development. The prototype currently relies on global variables and frequent 'require' usage, with 'modrewrite' creating a common path for request handling. A modern structure based on Composer, autoload, PSR-4, and class rewriting using namespaces is preferred to ease the integration of third-party software components.
The requirement is to rebuild the prototype's functionality in a Laravel environment with professional organization, clear programming standards, and documentation. This approach aims to make the software scalable, robust, secure, and conducive to further team-based feature development.
