Laravel Message API Integration & Flutter App Deployment

I need a freelancer with expertise in Laravel and Flutter to help me with a couple of tasks.
- Integrate the PRPSMS Service into my existing Laravel source code.
- Build, test, and upload my Flutter 3 app (which is designed for vendor delivery boy and restaurant) to the Play Store.
The Flutter app does not require testing for specific functionalities, as the user has skipped that portion. However, the ideal candidate should ensure that the app is functioning as intended before deployment.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in Laravel and Flutter
- Previous experience with PRPSMS Service integration preferred
- Familiarity with building and uploading apps to Play Store
- Strong testing skills to ensure app functionality
- Flutter app expertise to ensure smooth build process
Please note, I only have an account for the Play Store. The app does not need to be uploaded to the Apple Store at this time.
