Laravel Livewire CRM

I have already built a CRM in live wire and tailwind I need help with a few things once a form is created for a job and a status is changed the job/lead moved to an archived location on the system and only live leads left to show i will also need a menu built into the forms once saved to add pictures and notes on the job.
