Laravel Inventory with POS (Shop & Pharmacy)

We are looking for a developer/agency to modify a existing inventory system with our own requirement. The system should support for any retail businesses ( Shop/Super Shop/Pharmacy/Electric/Mobile Shop). Database will load as per the setting while installing.
1) Latest Laravel Framework (9) needed
2) Mysql 8 is needed.
3) Error free code. All code/function should be commented.
4) System should support multi location with extensive user permission.
Looking for individual/agency who can finish it quickly. Payment will be in milestone basis.
Regular update meeting is required while developing. I have attached our requirement so that developer can get idea of what we are looking for. Only accounts menu will be changed. No need double entry bookkeeping. Detailed can be shared over chat.
Should be able to finish within timeline. Please write Laravel in your application so that i know you have read my full requirement.
