52046d - Laravel Helpdesk Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a Laravel developer to help integrate a custom helpdesk system with my Laravel application.
Specifically, our system is for a Real Estate Office Rental booking. We have purchased this Helpdesk script: http://helpdesk.mybackpocket.co/
The Scope of Work are:
1) Integrate the Helpdesk to the db for our application. This means the HelpDesk will retrieve the Client, Orders and other information from the Application db.
2) Integrate existing webforms, so that submission of the forms will generate Tickets in the Helpdesk
3) Rebuild the Helpdesk UI to match our Application front end interface
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong knowledge of Laravel framework
- Experience with API integration
- Familiarity with custom helpdesk systems
Timeline:
- The expected timeline for this project is 1-2 weeks.
