Laravel Frontend User Login Setup

I am currently in need of a Laravel expert to carry out an essential task in my web project. The key assignment is to implement a user login system with ID and password for my Laravel frontend. Backend work already done. Here are the specific requirements:
- The login process should use email addresses and username for user identification.
- The system will only need to manage a single user type, no complexities of multiple user access levels are needed in this phase.
