Laravel and Flutter App Customization

I am looking for fullstack developer i have a project with laravel and flutter app which i need to customize with below points

Astro Way
Admin
Add Charts in Dashboard
Add Vendor Earnings Block
Change Astrologer to Partners
Astrologer - Changes to Partners
Add Live Session count in Partner list table with Chat and call
Astroshop - Shop
Partners App
Add End chat Button on Partners App but admin can enable or disable it
Set Category as single select
Make Skills depends on Category so if i set Category as Tech then all Skill will show depends on Tech Category
Category should only single select and and Primary Skill is Single
All Skill can be multiple
Customer App
Search bar placeholder - Search Experts, Product, Service
Category
New Fucntion
Point System
Add Pointsystem for each action where adminn can set the point amount 1 point = 1Rs or .25Rs whatever admin set
Based on that value User (Both Customer and Partner ) will get the points
Call,Video,Chat,Shopping, Post like, Review, Rating, Story post, Referal Seprate Points Fileds for Customer and Partner
Points will Creadit to Wallet as money
So Function will work like if i Set 10 points for Call for customer and the value of 1 point is Rs 0.10 the customer will get Rs1 in his wallet
Same for all other points
Point log table where admin can see all the points log
Referal System
Each User have Unqui ID and can share this referal links to all social media
Referal Table where admin can see all the referal user and activities
Multi Vendor Shop
Here Partner can also sell products or services and admin will take commetion
i thik this function is there called Report and type of report if we make the change it will work something like this
Allow setting page where Admin can Change Website header and footer menu
In front end add Call waiting slider if user requestd for call or chat to someone then this slider will show how much wait time is left and auto refresh
Section Disable
All admin to enable or disable Module like if i want to disable Horoscope then it will not visible to anyone
Report Form Will be different according to report type
Chat Intake Form Inform Mention For all other category
Name, Number, Gender, Place, Topic of Concern(This will be based on Partner Skill)
No Change for Parnter With Astrologer Category
Show call waiting scroll above the menu if call /chat is in waiting
There is no option to change Tagline below menu
No option to delete category
If i disable category its still visible in Frontend menu
How to enable dark mode.
How to enable or disable menu item
From where i should update footer app icon links
How to Diable page loader
How to setup Push Notification
