Laravel/Filamentphp Admin Backend Features

I'm in need of an experienced developer to implement specific features into my Laravel/Filamentphp admin backend. Here's a breakdown of what I'm looking for:
- **Order Processing**: The backend should support the processing of incoming orders. The system needs to manage the various stages of order processing and handle the collection of necessary information for each order. The orders are different from regular orders, this is not an e-commerce store.
- **Notification Sending**: I'd like the system to automatically send out notifications once specific order stages are reached. These notifications should be sent out via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- **PDF Label Generation**: The system should be able to automatically generate PDF labels for the processed orders. These labels should ideally include all relevant order information including a QR code in a standardized format.
Additionally, I have a specific requirement for the order processing feature:
- **Outgoing Payments**: The system also needs a proposal and acceptance functionality. I need the backend to support outgoing payments. This includes automatic payment generation and integration with a payment gateway for secure transactions. The backend should also track the payment history for each order.
