Laravel Expert for School Management App

A school management system (SMS) is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline and automate the day-to-day operations of educational institutions. What We Need Is :
a laravel backend expert programmer to work along with our swift programmer to do the following
add badge and push notification (chat-announcement-attendance-remarks-assignments- exam schedule and exam results-gallery)

add app icon counter

the possibility of adding marks from the school admin

remove email login for guardian and teacher and add OTP instead

also want to a whenever an announcement sent, school admin can see who viewed “ opened” the announcement
