Laravel P2P Development Custom Project

I am looking for a Laravel developer who can help me create a simple P2P exchange platform. The project will require the following features:
- User registration and authentication: Users should be able to create an account and log in securely.
- Payment gateway integration: The platform should have a payment gateway integrated to facilitate transactions between users.
- Messaging system: Users should be able to communicate with each other through a messaging system.
I already have a design and wireframe ready, so no assistance is needed in that area. The expected timeline for this project is less than 1 month.
