Laravel Developer (1 medium API to organize)

I am looking for a Laravel developer to help me with a medium-sized API project. The specific functionality I need for the API is integration with external services. I would prefer to integrate using a RESTful API. The database structure for the project already exists, so there is no need to create it from scratch.
