Laravel Developer for some function addon in exiting software

I'm on the lookout for a proficient Laravel Developer, who can adroitly embed a well-structured user registration form to my currently running software. The proposed form should serve the following purposes:
-Basic User Data: The form should be efficient in capturing basic user information such as address and personal details.
-Profile Submission: A key feature of the form is to allow users to submit their resumes for our review and record.
-Document Verification: Our users should be able to upload their identification documents for verification purposes.
Ideal candidates would have substantial Laravel experience, particularly in User Registration and ID verification processes. This project requires precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for data security to protect user information.
