Laravel Developer for Regional-Based Pricing Implementation in Airport Transfer Website

We are looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to implement a region-based pricing system for our airport transfer website. Currently, our website calculates transfer costs based on kilometers, but we need a customized solution where specific routes (e.g., Istanbul Airport to Taksim) use predefined fixed pricing instead of distance-based calculations. The pricing data is available in an Excel file and varies depending on the type of vehicle selected.
Project Requirements:
Implement a region-based pricing system in Laravel.
Ensure predefined prices from an Excel file are applied to specific routes.
Maintain kilometer-based pricing for cities where predefined pricing is not used.
Allow customization for specific cities (e.g., apply fixed pricing for 2-3 cities while keeping distance-based pricing for others).
Ensure the pricing logic is efficient, scalable, and does not impact website performance.
Work with encrypted Laravel code (experience with handling encrypted code is preferred).
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in PHP Laravel framework.
Experience with custom pricing logic and database management.
Ability to work with encrypted codebases.
Experience integrating Excel-based pricing into web applications.
Familiarity with location-based pricing models.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with airport transfer or ride-booking platforms.
Knowledge of Google Maps API or other location-based services.
Experience with Eloquent ORM and Laravel collections.
