Laravel Developer for Codeigniter-to-Laravel Conversion

I require an experienced Laravel Developer who can competently convert my Codeigniter project into Laravel. The project includes the following features:
- User authentication
- Database integration
- API integration
- Full admin panel (User management, Product management, Order management, Language management and Base)
Needs to be incorporated which requires the Replication of a specific module along with the cloning of the entire admin panel.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in both Laravel and Codeigniter platforms in order to ensure a seamless transition of the project. Previous similar job experience will be highly regarded. Cloning capabilities and understanding of admin panel operations is vital for this project.
