Laravel Developer Needed for Client Billing Portal
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Overview
We are seeking a Laravel developer (or team) to build a billing and client management portal for our web agency using Laravel Jetstream, Laravel Breeze, and Laravel Cashier. This portal will allow our clients to manage domains, billing, and team members while interacting with various external APIs for domain services, keyword tracking, uptime monitoring, and more.
Key Features:
1. User Roles & Authentication:
• Utilize Laravel Jetstream for authentication and team management.
• Roles include: Team Owner, Team Member, Contractor.
• Admin users (single role) with access to manage all clients and services.
• Two-factor authentication (Email and Password-based).
2. Domain Management:
• Clients can add domains to their accounts.
• Domains can be transferred or just added without transfer.
• Each domain has associated services that can be billed monthly.
3. Billing & Invoicing (via Laravel Cashier and Stripe):
• Monthly billing (on the 1st), prorated for mid-month signups.
• Stripe and PayPal for payments, including Stripe ACH.
• Handle subscription payments, one-time charges, partial payments, refunds.
• Billing for services in categories (Care & Maintenance, SEO, Hosting, PPC).
• Admins can create new categories/products from the admin panel (no code needed).
4. Dashboard:
• Clients can see a list of their domains with service status icons (greyed out for inactive, green for active).
• Clicking on a domain shows detailed service data and options to add services.
• Integrated services include support ticketing, uptime monitoring, keyword tracking, and more.
5. APIs to Integrate:
• Stripe, PayPal, SupportPal, GridPane, NameCheap, Cloudflare, WP-Umbrella, CleanTalk, BetterUptime, Postmark.
• Handle webhooks and integrations for services like spam statistics, uptime reports, and domain-level data.
6. Reports & Notifications:
• Generate and send reports (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) based on client preferences.
• Include statistics like plugin updates, blocked spam, uptime, etc.
7. Admin Panel:
• Built using Filament PHP for our team to manage clients, billing, products, and services.
• Ability to add new categories and services dynamically without coding.
8. Responsive Design:
• Use Tailwind CSS and FlowbiteUI for fully responsive pages and dashboards.
• Assistance needed in designing and implementing pages, utilizing our preferred design tools.
Technical Requirements:
• Backend Framework: Laravel 10 (Jetstream, Breeze, Cashier)
• Database: MySQL
• Deployment Tools: envoyer.io, Laravel Forge
• Hosting: Dedicated server (already configured) on OVH
• Frontend: Tailwind CSS, FlowbiteUI
• Responsive Design: Required
• APIs: GridPane, SupportPal, NameCheap, Cloudflare, WP-Umbrella, CleanTalk, BetterUptime, Stripe, PayPal, Postmark.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional billing portal with all the features described.
• Admin dashboard using Filament PHP.
• Integration of all external APIs and services.
• Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Documentation for deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Ongoing maintenance and feature updates (potentially as a separate project).
Timeline:
