Laravel Developer Needed for CMS and APIs

I'm seeking an experienced PHP-Laravel developer to build a comprehensive backend system from the ground up. The project involves creating an Admin UI, APIs, and managing backend functionalities.

Key Tasks:
- Role & Permission System: Implement full RBAC using Spatie
- Article & Collection CMS: Develop CRUD functionalities and order management
- User Management: Basic CRUD with filters
- Reader API (REST): Enable story/episode views, ratings, and navigation
- Coins & Ratings: Configurable per article
- Subscription API: Set up Silver, Gold, Diamond plans
- Revenue Engine: Simplified model with monthly reports
- Featured Content: Spotlight paid content
- Payment Integration: Basic setup with PaymentWall
- Admin Dashboard UI: Use Blade or minimal Vue.js

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel
