Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend PHP Developer with a passion for backend development and building complex systems. This remote, contract-to-hire position is open to candidates worldwide, except for agencies or firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, particularly within the Laravel framework, and a love for creating robust SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our SaaS marketing platform using PHP and Laravel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various APIs and create seamless backend solutions.
Design and implement data storage solutions.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the platform.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
8+ years of continuous experience in PHP development.
4+ years of experience developing with the Laravel framework.
A strong focus on backend development and a passion for building complex systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities within deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Love to Haves
Experience working with the Facebook API.
Experience with the Google Business Profile API.
Familiarity with the YouTube API.
Previous experience working with marketing platforms.
