Laravel Design Implementation

I have a system based on laravel and currently it uses admin LTE theme for the dashboard. I need a bootstrap expert to change the current admin LTE theme and implement a new design attached in this post. The design need to be responsive as the current one. I can provide access to figma images and also I can provide access to the current online system.

The new design should be implemented in all pages of the system
