Laravel Dashboard Development for Property Management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled Laravel developer to create a dashboard for a property management app, similar to the Azuro app. The project involves utilizing a Laravel template I already have from Codecanyon and developing APIs for a Flutter app.
Key Features:
1. Three levels of privileges: Tenant, Property Manager, and Landlord
2. Tenant Dashboard functionalities:
- View lease agreements of his ap (203)
- Submit maintenance requests
- Pay rent
- Communicate with the property manager or operations via in-app chat
- Create QR codes for guests
- Upload photos on move-in and move-out
3 property manager :
Home Screen: You'll see an overview of Building 2:
List of all apartments in the building, including Ap 203
Occupancy rates and upcoming vacancies
Outstanding rent payments and upcoming due dates
Property Info: You can access detailed information for each apartment, including Ap 203:
Tenant details (contact info, lease terms)
Financial records (rent payments, expenses . fees of maintenance . monthly or annual . cleaning services etc....
Maintenance history
Inspection reports
Tenant Management: You can manage tenant applications, screen potential tenants, and communicate with existing tenants.
Financial Management: You can track rent payments, generate receipts, manage expenses, and create financial reports for the building or individual units.
Communication: You can communicate with tenants and landlords through in-app chat, messaging, and notifications.
operational manager : You can receive and manage maintenance requests, assign tasks to service providers, track progress, and communicate with tenants about repairs.
Landlord of Ap 203
Home Screen: You'll see an overview of your property (Ap 203):
Current tenant information
Rent payment status and history
Active maintenance requests optional
Financial summary for the apartment
Property Info: You can access detailed information about your apartment:
Photos and descriptions
Financial records (rent payments, expenses)
Maintenance history optinoal
Inspection reports
Tenant Communication: You can communicate with your tenant through the app, though the property manager might be the primary contact for most issues.
Financial Overview: You can track rent payments, view expense reports, and monitor the financial performance of your apartment.
Maintenance Updates: You can stay informed about maintenance requests and track their progress. optional
Guest Registration:
Allow tenants to register their guests through the app.
Tenants should provide guest details (name, contact info) and the date and time of the visit.
The app should generate a unique QR code for each guest.
Tenants can share the QR code with their guests (e.g., via whatsapp or email maybe).
2. QR Code Verification:
Security personnel at the property can use app to scan the QR codes presented by guests.
The system should verify the QR code:
Check if it's valid (not expired or used).
Check if the guest is registered for the correct date and time.
Check if the maximum guest limit for the property has been reached.
If the QR code is valid, the guest is granted access. Otherwise, access is denied.
Notifications: Send notifications to tenants when their guests arrive or leave.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with Laravel
- Proficient in API development
- Familiar with Flutter
- Previous work on property management apps would be a plus
