Laravel - Customer Check Out and Customer Portal

I am looking for an experienced Laravel developer to build a customer check out and customer portal with advanced features and customization. For purchases a receipt should be emailed to the customer.

Customer Check Out -
Utilize stripe for payments. The customer would need to make an account during initial purchase or be logged into a current account.

We have several forms for initial purchases.

And a Form for renewals. The form we have is for LLC renewals. We would also need a form for Inc Renewals. Which is very similar.

Customer Portal/ Admin Portal
Each customer would be able to login and download a .pdf document which would be uploaded by admin. And receive an email notification when the file is uploaded to their account. The admin account should be able to search each customer profile by company name and also show payment dates ect.

Specific features needed:
- Customizable check out process with options for different payment methods and shipping options
- User-friendly customer portal with features such as order history, account settings, and personalized recommendations

Integration with specific technologies or platforms:
- We have existing web technologies and platforms that need to be integrated into the Laravel project.

Timeline:
- The expected timeline for this project is within a month.
