Laravel Countdown Timer for Discounts

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced Laravel and PHP developer to implement a promotion management system with a timer for my e-commerce website. The idea is to allow a superadmin to create, edit, activate/deactivate promotions, set start and end dates, change the name of the promotion and display a countdown timer for active promotions.
Key Features:
Promotion Management in the Admin:
The superadmin should be able to create new promotions, including:
Promotion Name
Description
Start Date and Time
End Date and Time
Status (Active/Inactive)
The superadmin should be able to edit existing promotions and change all fields (name, description, dates, status).
Easily activate and deactivate promotions (by toggling between "active" and "inactive").
Countdown Timer:
Display a countdown timer on the website pages (e.g.: home page, product pages or cart), showing the time remaining in the promotion.
The timer should be dynamic and update automatically as time passes.
When the timer reaches 0, the promotion should be automatically deactivated.
Admin Panel:
Simple admin panel interface for the superadmin, with functionality to list, create, edit and deactivate promotions.
The interface should allow changing the name of the promotion and managing the start and end dates directly from the admin panel.
Frontend Display:
The timer should be displayed on the product, cart and other relevant pages of the site.
When the promotion ends, the timer should be replaced by a message indicating that the promotion has expired.
Requirements:
Laravel (you should have solid experience in the framework).
Database: MySQL (or compatible) to store promotions.
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for displaying the timer and interactions on the site).
Admin Control: Implementation of the promotions system via the admin panel, with the ability to activate/deactivate promotions and configure the parameters.
Preferences:
Previous experience with e-commerce in Laravel.
Familiarity with creating admin panels in Laravel.
Knowledge of JavaScript to implement the timer on the frontend.
Additional Details:
The timer must be visible and responsive, working correctly on mobile devices.
The admin panel must be easy to use and allow you to manage multiple promotions without complexity.
The code is expected to be clean and well documented.
