Laravel/Codeigniter developer for the admin and api development

We are looking for a backend developer immediately. Developer should be able to do admin dashboard based not he requirement document and apis based on the UI we will provide. We have about 7-8 functional screens, its a small social app.
We have video and images in the app, so you must use AWS S3 for the storage. More details will be provided with the selected developer.
