Laravel CRM for House Disrepair

I needed a CRM built in laravel for a house disrepair company they will have a basic form that needs to have the information added by themselves and other users but each user should only be able to view their leads not others and also need to be able to add pictures separately and label who room there for and date and times and then create a pdf of both the form and the pictures at the same time
