Laravel CRM & Project Management System

I need a proficient Laravel developer to build a comprehensive, modern, and sleek client relationship and project management software from scratch, as I'm not interested in ready-made solutions. The software should have a mixture of the following core features:
- Task Management: This should allow for the creation, organization, and assignment of tasks within the software.
- Time Tracking: I need a feature that accurately logs the amount of time spent on each task or project to monitor efficiency and productivity.
- File Sharing: The software should allow for secure and efficient sharing of documents and files.
- Chat: There should be a built-in chat system for clear and swift communication among team members and clients.
- Leads, Proposal, Quotation, and Invoices: The software needs to be able to track and manage leads, create and send out proposals, create quotations, and generate invoices based on the time spent and tasks completed as logged within the system.
Apart from the above also all the features that an Modern CRM includes.
As for the user interface, I would like it to be modern and sleek. Note that I did not specify requirements for specific task management functions but would love your expertise on best practices.
