Laravel CRM - Need done asap

Looking to finish off development for current CRM, hasn't been worked on in ages and forgotten the login password need to reset via MySQL had already tried but not working also require some other changes done to the system to make it work correctly.

Other required changes :

get introducer portal side - ready - add leads , not delete at all - view case but unable to edit once submitted and message will pop when submitted to an admin that they will no longer be able to edit unless admin send back case to intro
Get Solicitors side ready - sols only able to view lead - edit status - view notes only from admin and the options for admin to show notes from intro with a dropdown options if possible otherwise unable to view

Introducers able to view only their leads not others unless changed by a admin manually
for user / role management - able to add new groups and users within the group / company
chat system internally only able to message admins and internal groups / and Dev support
WhatsApp API to be sent and received into the system - viewable on claims forms for admins only
Admin function and area only - reports - logs of users activity
- In claim form to have activity log - for every change made even if just opening case to view - and downloads and sending pdf - all information is required to be logged
- Claims search - normal and advance search option
- Task Type to be added for the calender - type take email client , phone client , call back
- leads exports from CRM only for admin users only
- Leads import into system only for admins - options needed to add data to fields by selection and miss if no data for field is available
