Laravel CRM Fix: Add Note Issue

My Laravel-based CRM software has an issue on the Contact show page. When I click "Note," the Add Note modal appears. However, clicking "Save Note" does not trigger any action.
I suspect the issue lies in the backend (Laravel, PHP), as I have verified that the form data is not being sent to the backend correctly. The frontend (JavaScript, HTML) seems operational and there are no errors in the backend logs.
