Laravel CMS Simple Customization Tasks

I want simple/quick customizations for a Laravel CMS, from Codecanyon. The Dev must keep the customizations separate, so that future CMS updates from the author are not affected. Also, Dev must try to maintain a clean code, future customizations should be possible.
The tasks require a Laravel expert dev and skilled in PHP/CMS/API/etc, or someone who did a similar kind of work before, otherwise it will definitely not work out.
