My client's website is old Core-php/html with 20 pages. You will install new laravel 11 admin/user panel and move the existing content from old website to the laravel website.
Ensure the following:
1) You provide tax related theme to be approved by me
2) php 8.x compatible. No error testing all pages on https://validator.w3.org/
3) 100% score for all pages using https://pagespeed.web.dev/
4) update sitemap.xml with all latest links
5) Open source code. Admin/user can login to add/delete pages and change the web content
6) SEO is optimized for keywords and page content
