Laravel Bug Fix: Contact Submission & Search

My Laravel project has a couple of issues that need to be resolved.
1. Contact Add Page: When I try to submit the contact add form, there is no response. The form simply does not submit to the database. This needs to be fixed.
2. Contacts Index Page: The search functionality on this page is not working.
