Laravel Backend Developer (webRTC for Voice call)

Looking for Laravel Backend Developer who can handle webRTC setup for voice call / Video call. We are planning to make own system like Agora. Our app content is sending/receiving mutliple voice messages and this is for randhom chat. We have developed the backend code previously but it requires to modify to imporve better performance. The connection speed would be important since this is for sending/receiving voice messages between users. So I hope you know how to handle the performance better.
