Laravel Backend Developer for Multi-Language API

I'm in need of an experienced Laravel Developer to work on backend APIs and a CMS/Dashboard for a project.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have extensive experience in developing multi-language applications, specifically APIs and CMS in Laravel.
- Be proficient in working on both web and mobile application APIs.
- Have skills in creating dashboards with potential user and content management, as well as analytics and reporting capabilities.
