Laravel Backend Dev to Fix Notification Push Android/IOS

I need a Laravel Backend Developer to recreate/fix an issue with the push notifications sent from the web panel. Most users on Android and iOS are not receiving notifications due to the auto-refresh mechanism, which causes old tokens to be deleted. Normally, the system keeps sending notifications to these outdated tokens. The problem seems to lie in the lack of automatic token refresh functionality, which is why notifications are being sent to old tokens and not reaching users.
