Laravel Back-end SAAS Developer

I'm seeking a proficient Laravel full-stack developer who preferably possesses strong skills in back-end development and substantial experience in designing and managing databases.
Your main tasks will include:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
- Designing and implementation of data storage solutions.
Familiarity with front-end languages is a plus but not a requirement. Preference will be given to those previously working on a similar project. Confidentiality and professionalism is highly regarded. Please provide links to your past work (Project links, Github or Portfolio) in your bid.
The system is now in an early alpha stage. It works but does not really have all the elements needed and crashes repeatedly. The system was developed by a company. I am now taking over the further development myself. I have already hired a react native developer in Philipines that you will have to work with,
