I require a web-based application to manage a couple of clients' keys. The clients are estate agents who manage lots of keys and lots of key holders. The system manages the booking for keys into the database and the signing over of keys to other users.
I have designed and will build the database. I will provide diagrams of the ERD and the user interfaces. There will be 12 basic web pages with content based on Bootstrap tables. No fancy design work, just functionality with rows of data linking to new pages of deeper data content or buttons making small data transformations and/or opening new pages.
