Laravel Application Default Fixes

I'm in need of a proficient Laravel developer who can efficiently resolve a few issues in my application. Specifically:

The default options needing changes are:
1. A specific option change

The theme adjustment entails modifying the status dropdown. The developer ideal for this task would've substantial experience in Laravel, and preferably be familiar with managing database connections, page loading, debugging and altering default settings. i need a modified option -- Final as default selection


2) Shipping Status ----- Packed

Here this field is an DROPDOWN wwith 5 options currently there in no defailt field selected
currently its showing -- Please select
i need a modified option -- Packed as default selection


3) Add Payment ------ Amount

in add payment Tab currently its showing the total bill amount
i would like to see its as 0
