Laravel + Angular + Excel Download - Millions of records -- 3

Hi, i have a project created in Laravel with Angular interface. We have implemented Excel download for a dataset that has millions of records, however, the excel creation is taking time on the interface.

We are looking for an experienced developer who can support on just generating this excel in very short time.
