Understand, plan and write code to develop assigned module/project within given time frame
Meeting the deadlines.

Fix bugs and errors pointed by the client and team on timely fashion
Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
Read relevant blogs article and literature to stay updated in the market.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

Highly acquainted with Laravel or similar PHP framework
Ideal candidate has to be strong logically and analytically
Open to learn and switch to other technologies whenever required
Able to write clean, secure and quality code that follows set quality standards.
Should be able to work on multiple projects and handle them efficiently
In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel PHP Framework
