Laravel Admin Panel Enhancement

I'm looking for a proficient Laravel developer to modify my existing admin panel to meet the following requirements:

1. Tax credit tracking: The admin panel should be updated to credit tax calculation directly into the admin account, with a separate display of this amount on the dashboard.
2. Comprehensive sales reporting: The sales report should detail total sales, platform charge, and service tax, alongside payout amounts post deductions of platform charges and service tax.
3. Automated sales reporting: The system should automatically send the sales report to our restaurant partners via both email and WhatsApp. This report needs to be formatted as an Excel spreadsheet.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:

- Understanding of tax calculations and sales reporting
