Laravel and API optimization expert

We integrated Laravel eCommerce with eBay API. It's working, but there are a little issue. We integrated GetItem API of ebay and we are catching the options we need. However, when I am trying to get ShippingServiceCost, in the most of case, our code doesn't get it. And then if our code catched the shipping service cost, it's missing ebay image url.
