Language Switcher

I have a website platform base on Codeigniter framework.
While the platform is multilingual based with the translations made on the backend UI, only the admin can set up the default language (one language per time)
I want to give the visitors of the page the ability to choose the language through language switcher.
So I need a language switcher in the frontend.
