Language Dropdown for Laravel CMS

I need a developer to add a language selection dropdown on the 'Create Post' form of my Laravel-based Botble CMS website. The selected language should also filter the posts visible to users on the frontend. An example image is attached.

Requirements:
- Support for 1-2 languages
- Language selection dropdown visible to all admin users on create post form
- Posts should be stored and visible based on the selected language filter to all users

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Laravel and Botble CMS
- Experience with frontend and backend integration
- Familiarity with database handling for multilingual content
- Ability to deliver clean, maintainable code
