Laboratory Management System in Laravel

I am looking for a skilled Laravel developer to create a comprehensive Laboratory Management System. The system should primarily focus on testing and reporting, while also incorporating a customer login interface and data analytics capabilities.

1. Admin Panel:
Add/Edit/Delete Laboratory Tests

Create/Edit/Send Test Reports

View list of all customers and their reports

Assign tests to customers

Manage Users (Lab Technicians, Customers)

Download/Email Reports (PDF format)

Dashboard with summary (total tests, pending reports, completed, etc.)

2. Customer Panel:
Login/Register with email or phone

View all uploaded test reports

Download or view report in browser (PDF)

Profile management

Email or SMS notifications when report is available

3. Technician Panel (Optional but preferred):
Add test results

View assigned tests

Update test status (Pending, In Progress, Completed)

? Notifications:
Email/SMS when report is created/sent

Email on successful registration/login

? Reports:
Reports should be well-formatted, exportable to PDF

Ability to send reports via email to the customer
