We use a system to respond to our customers (leadszapp). Therefore, there is an integration of messages from the FIDELIMAX loyalty system (loyalty system) + WORDPRESS + LEADSZAPP
We have several customers registered in the loyalty system, this system allows us to send notifications about cashback... but not on our number, so I need you to integrate these messages in leadszapp, so it's my company number that will send the notification on Whatsapp.
The database is on the system itself and already has these messages...
I need that we somehow put maybe a plugin in wordpress (to centralize the information) and then we make a bridge to leadszapp.
I don't know if we can do this integration directly in leadszapp or do we need wordpress
but you can give suggestions on how we will do that.
