LMS integration to Moodle

I have a custom made LMS to deliver courses content. I would like to either display this content in a moodle deployment, connect to my database, use LTI, create a SCORM package, course creation or whichever option works best and is the simplest to integrate such content. My LMS is developed in php (codeigniter framework) and uses a mysql database. The content I would like to deliver includes auto-graded quizzes and some static content (videos, html files, etc.), all are things that do exist in moodle. If you have experience doing something like this please contact me so we can discuss the most practical course of action.
