LMS Plagiarism and invigilation Plugin

I am looking for a developer to create a plugin for my LMS, Wemasoft Learning Management System. The plugins include both plagiarism detection and invigilation features, with basic customization options.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience developing plugins for LMS systems
- Knowledge of plagiarism detection and invigilation technologies
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces for customization options
- Familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms
